Hello, I’m Julia.
I began my therapeutic journey in Los Angeles, working in elementary and middle school settings and supporting a wide range of children and families. That experience shaped my understanding of how early patterns, environments, and relationships influence emotional well-being. I later moved to Orange County, where I continued my work in a group practice before opening my own private practice in 2022.
In our work together, you can expect a thoughtful and flexible approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, strength-based approaches, mindfulness, attachment theory, and person-centered supports. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in a person-in-environment perspective, meaning I consider the full picture of your experiences, relationships, and surroundings when supporting your growth and healing.
While my work began one-on-one with clients in the therapy room, my passion has always extended beyond individual sessions. My goal is not only to help people gain insight and create meaningful change on a personal level, but also to contribute to broader conversations about mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Through writing, educational resources, and sharing perspectives on social media, I aim to make therapeutic tools and insights more accessible, empowering individuals and families to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being in their everyday lives.
Let’s meet and say hello.
I’d love to learn more about and see how we might be able to work together.
